Hi there, my name is Caleb and
it’s so good that you’re here!

I’ve been an athlete all my life, participating and competing in sports like Dragonboat and Flag Football and I’ve always loved to find out what I could achieve with my body. At 21, I tried my hand at CrossFit, fell in love with Olympic Weightlifting and moving heavy weights around.

Combining my passion for fitness with my love of teaching, I started coaching in 2021 and have been helping my clients get in the best shape of their lives ever since.

I am always excited to share with my clients what I know and seeing them live freer and stronger lives through the work that I do.
